Wallpaper Removal gone Bad

Post by tommysmith »

Evening all,

Started removing some lovely pink wallpaper to find that most of the underlying plaster came with it. The wall used to be external, but it not internal following an extension. As you can you, has exposed brickwork. Picture attached. Any suggestions much appreciated!

Many thanks,

Tom

But make sure the surrounding plaster is sound. Knock with your knuckles, solid is good, hollow sound then it wants coming off.

Did you use a steamer, too long in one place and you can pop the plaster off the wall
