Advice on this work?

Hi, I'm posting here on the advice of my trusted builder, who says it would be good to get some opinions before I sack the tradesman responsible for this work...!
The job was to replace rotten beams, install a lintel above an old doorway. Prepare a wall and brickwork, ready to install a window.
Would be grateful for people's thoughts on the work. Can post more pictures on request.

Where joists are sistered they should be coach bolted together (ideally with *Timber Dogs*) in between them.
Usually the rotten part is removed, and then a 1200mm overlap is required on the existing timber that remains.
I'd be concerned about the white stuff on the bottom of the floorboards, (not the foam, that'll cut back and clean up OK) it could be dry rot, (which is whole new ball game).

Its not great, that's been exposed to moisture/rain - the white mould can cause all sorts of health issues if its not treated or removed properly plus you don't know how far it penetrated
expanding foam is a bodge imo, it looks like the bricks are stuck together with it
I take its a cellar or basement ?

As the others have said. Not a good job at all. Also where the sistered joists are installed hab=ve the notched ends been treated? And why was a piece of untreated timber (the light stuff used beneath the steel) used? In a situation such as this any fresh timbers installed should be treated and all signs of rot needs to be methodically removed. Not the best of work I have to say

I can't see any bolt heads on those sistered joists either , to be honest I'm not sure I can make out any fixings.
Edit , just noticed ayjay has mentioned the same thing.

You're right - he's nailed then from the look of it.

How similar can you get work wise but i think I'll leave out the foam this time

Starting Job soon on mates 1920's semi rear door with leaking bath above wants seal up door and repair
damage But i won't be taking any tips from this job
