Duel SIM card, have you tried it?

Post by Someone-Else »

I have a Samsung galaxy A40 that can have 2 sim cards, I have tried it with two, but I can't get on with it (I assume its because I can not get used to it)

So the question is, have you tried a phone that can have 2 sim cards, actually with two sim cards in it? and how did you get on, and what is the 2nd sim card for?

Would you hit a nail with a shoe because you don't have a hammer? of course not, then why work on anything electrical without a means of testing Click Here to buy a "tester" just because it works, does NOT mean it is safe.

In what way do you find it useful?

It allows me two different numbers, handy for personal and public use. Most useful feature though is being able to straddle two networks. I use EE and O2 which gives me superb coverage across the whole country. No EE signal at the in-laws but great O2 signal, O2 signal not so great at home but EE excellent as we have a mast nearby.
If one network goes down like in the case of O2 last year with a major outage it isn't an issue for me as I have a backup.
