Tiling

Tiling is a popular DIY subject, in this section we have many tiling articles that will point you in the right direction and show you how to tile. This section covers most aspects of DIY tiling including links to tiling videos. Because of page size limitations it is not always possible to put everything on one page, so often a page will be written, but will have links to other pages containing the other relevant information.

Tiling a splash back like in this picture is an excellent first tiling project for learning how to tile. Once you have completed a project like this you will feel more confident and then can move onto tiling a floor or a full wall. Small tiles are often easier to fix than large tiles, some tiles now are as large as 600mm * 600mm and would be extremely difficult for all but a professional tiler to fix.
