First time visit to the computer forum. I have a printer paper feeding problem which is rendering my printer useless at the moment.
Ok, when I load paper and want to print out a document the bottom right of the feeded paper begins to feed through the machine, but the rest of the paper does not go through. Instead it creases up and jams. Do I need to take the printer back to PC World (where I got it originally) for repair or is it something that's easy to do myself???

Am using the back of old scrap paper, (my way of recycling paper not needed anymore) but this has never failed me yet as I have printed out loads of stuff on this type of paper and cannot see why it is causing a problem now.
Hoping someone can explain.....
Cheers
