Thanks. Oh dear, I've been cutting overboard with skirtings still in place. Hope that's not too much of an issue...

i've only cut 2 boards though. Could take skirting s up, board the rest and fill in what I've missed on first two boards?
Fine, it won't show under the tiles...................... :-)
