There is no such thing as cable ties for............................(Any specific item)
I had a similar "problem" Dash cam, Sat nav, and Reverse camera, I just used small cable ties to group them together, doesn't hide any of them, but keeps the cables looking like one cable.

Would you hit a nail with a shoe because you don't have a hammer? of course not, then why work on anything electrical without a means of testing Click Here to buy a "tester" just because it works, does NOT mean it is safe.

Might be a bit stiff though, resulting in large curves rather than neat run.

The only other thing I can think of is using old fashioned "lacing cord" Haven't used it for many years myself, but it does have it's uses.

they work ok but can come loose overtime and make a mess of the plastics prep with IPA is a must, a bit of split loom aka convoluted tube (make sure its the split stuff) does the trick

personally I like to hardwire items or at least hide them and use inline sockets, things like cameras pull such low current you can tap any switch live circuit within reason - be aware that in the male connector (that you plug in the aux 12v socket) there is usually a voltage dropper built in dropping it to 5v or 3.3v

I would just try to "dress" the wires/cables as best you can. Surprising how easy it is to hide my 2 dashcam cables.

I did just this in my lunch break yesterday,I’ve run the dash cam wire behind the head liner and down the A pillar ,looks much better but when the rear camera arrives I’m going to have to look at tapping into the fuse box otherwise I’ll have a twin socket and two plugs to deal with

Cheers Bob,I’m aware of the voltages I’m planning on running a extra 12v double socket from the fuse box and securing it behind the plastics somewhere :thumbright:
