Wobbly slabs
I have inherited a patio where all the slabs have no grouting between them, just butted right next to each other. I've now come across a wobbly slab right in the middle, with about 8 slabs going in every direction from it.
How on earth do you get the slab up to rectify the wobble?

1) Suck it up. No, not joking, there is a suction machine that is often used to pick up heavy slabs. It needs two people to use it.
2) Walk it up. Put something thin down the gap and lift it up a bit at a time (You may need two thin things)
3) Move others around it away, starting from the edge
4) Hit it in the middle, then remove all the small pieces.
5) Get a set/pair of lifting tongs

Would you hit a nail with a shoe because you don't have a hammer? of course not, then why work on anything electrical without a means of testing Click Here to buy a "tester" just because it works, does NOT mean it is safe.
If gloom had a voice, it would be me.

Thanks so far.
The slabs are 60cm square, all around it are concreted down solid, with maybe a max of 1mm gap between them.

ok you then look at a paint stripper with a wide flat blade then a perhaps 5 -10degree bend on perhaps the bottom 25mm/1inch then work it through then lean the handle back to push the "curve" under to the maximum and lift
other options wire coat hanger at the corner worked in

Thank you, I think the paint stripper will bend and I don't think a 1mm gap will allow a coat hanger entry.
