Sealant For Tiled Floor
I've just had my kitchen/diner re-done, with porcelain floor tiles and mdf skirting boards. I'm looking to apply silicone sealant between the tiles and skirting - mainly to stop moisture from mopping the floor ruining the mdf, but also because the tiles have texture so that gaps around the skirting are uneven. I want to use a decent brand, so I'm pretty much settled on Dow but there's so many different ones - 785, 785+, 791 and more. Could someone please advise which one I should use?

I'll be doing it in white. Not sure if I need to be concerned about bacteria on a kitchen floor - or maybe I should? Given that, which of those would you go for? Or a different one?
