Can't remove external window beading

I am trying to renew a double glazing unit but the external window beading is proving to be a challenge. Unlike others I have done around the house, this window has a rubber strip between the outside bead and the window and it just won't budge. It looks as though there is foam security tape on the inside. Any advice on how to remove appreciated.

picture off the inside may help
its not a normally constructed window as you have no clear frame between glass brick unless the 63mm ish frame is behind the bricks

you need a say 12mm x12m moulding that clips in on to the glass anything larger is added material not relevant to glass removal :dunno:

Just saying, have you considered that the glass may have been installed from the inside?

Pull the rubbers on the inside and pop the beads off - it's old style window with an external bead

I'm sure you will find a vid on Youtube
