My kitchen arrived this morning. It looks like there's a pallet missing. I've only one base unit and two wall units. I called their customer service line and was told no one's answering their phones in that department but someone should get back to me within 72hrs 
I told them it's unacceptable and I've emailed their CEO Graham Bell.

It didn't go unnoticed mate. Someone from the CEO office contacted me. They're looking into it. It won't happen before Monday though
